Delete My Data

We will delete your account and all associated data when you ask us to. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how to request it.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account (name, email address, sign-in credentials)
• All voice recordings linked to your account
• All transcripts generated from your recordings
• All feedback generated for your account
• Usage data associated with your account

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

Option 1: In the app

Option 2: By email

Send an email to TODO(content): insert CONTACT_EMAIL from config from the email address linked to your Voice Gym account.

Use the subject line: Delete my account

Include your name and the email address you used to sign up, so we can identify your account.

Response time
