Please read these terms before using the Voice Gym app.

1. Who we are

TODO(legal): describe what Voice Gym provides and what it does not provide. Clarify that it is a practice and coaching tool, not a guarantee of interview outcomes.

4. Eligibility

5. User accounts

TODO(legal): rules around account creation, security, and what happens if credentials are shared.

6. Acceptable use

TODO(legal): prohibited content and behaviours. Recordings must be of the user only. No harmful, illegal or abusive content.

TODO(legal): who owns the app, the content in it, and the feedback generated. What rights the user has to their recordings and transcripts.

8. Third-party services

TODO(legal): disclosure that the service uses third-party processors (see Privacy Policy) and that those providers’ terms also apply.

9. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

TODO(legal): standard disclaimer that the service is provided “as is”. Limitation of liability clause appropriate for India.

10. Termination

11. Governing law and disputes
